The Keirsey Temperament Sorter (KTS) is a self-assessed personality questionnaire designed to help people better understand themselves and others. It was first introduced in the book Please Understand Me. It is one of the most widely used personality assessments in the world, and is closely associated with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI); however, there are significant practical and theoretical differences between the two personality questionnaires and their associated different descriptions.
Completion of this temperament sorter should take about 15 to 20 minutes.
Do not think too much about this, the first choice that comes to mind is usually the right choice.
You must complete the spreadsheet electronically. No manual submissions will be accepted.
There are no right or wrong answers. It is a temperament sorter, not a questionnaire.
Open the MS Excel spreadsheet;
Add your name in the given space;
Make a selection at each statement. Selections are made by clicking on the circle next to the statement.
Ensure that all statements have an selection. If you ommit to make selections at all statements it will influence your score.
When done, click on the 'score' tab at the bottom of your spreadsheet. This should reveal your temperament code.
Use the code to allocate your profile. Open profile and print.
