The project involved the implementation of an approved SANBS CRM Strategy. It is a comprehensive project that will take more than 18-months to complete. Some areas included here are the development of specs for a revised SANBS interactive web-site, automation of all CRM practices within SANBS and linking of such automation to a centralised database, development of CRM models for the various SANBS departments, development of training and mentorship programmes for all frontline SANBS staff, and development of CRM measurement tools. |

Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF)

Development of a National Organisational Strategy with Departmental Scorecards for the UIF. The project is aimed to align UIF strategy with objectives of the National Department of Labour. It has a wide scope and includes recommendations for policy adjustments and performance management systems within UIF. All UIF offices are involved in the project and final approval of the UIF strategy will be done by the Minister of Labour. Internalisation of corporate value system. This was a comprehensive project aimed at internalising the SAICA Corporate Value System. It included 16 workshops with the 100 SAICA employees, the development of a performance appraisal system that would incorporate the corporate values, the adjustment of their recruitment policy, the establishment of a values champion team that would drive the project, the development of a Intranet based system where the application of corporate values of each employee would be evaluated on a quarterly basis, as well as the sensitising of external members of the SAICA values. The project duration was two-years. |

A Diversity Awareness Workbook and Facilitators Guide was also developed and licensed to GSSC. |
